Absolutely no Parties/Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
Maximum Occupancy strictly enforced. -No smoking of any kind, including includes vape pens, hookahs, & marijuana. A $500 violation fine will be charged to cover the costs to remove debris and residual odors and/or repair damages.
No Tents, RVs, ATVs or Golf Carts Allowed in Tierra Linda Subdivision per HOA. HOA - $250 a day fine to guests if not in compliance.
$1,000 UNAUTHORIZED PET FEE. This is Non-Refundable & Non-Negotiable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pool is maintained by professionals and equipment is on a timer. Do not touch pool equipment. Should you touch the pool equipment and change settings, an automatic $500 Pool Repair Fee will be assessed and charged. Please call the management team and they will respond asap.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during your stay. All of our properties are equipped with surveillance cameras. Footage may be used in the event that there is theft or damage. Any tampering or damage caused to the outdoor surveillance cameras by guest(s) will result in additional charges.
