This 2,660 square foot lodge is all one level, with wide-open spaces indoor and out. Whether you are pool loungers, rapids riders, golf course cruisers, or Texas BBQ Foodies, we have you covered. This house lets you do your own thing and gets you back together again for good times around the pool, catch-up around the horseshoe pit, or kicking back with a cool drink in your hand. Two kitchens (indoor and outdoor), expansive living areas, and 1 bathroom for every bedroom will give you the privacy you need and the good times you crave. The Frio River is only moments away! The indoor kitchen is fully equipped to handle the culinary needs of your group. Expansive granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating allows everyone to get in on meal prep. Making things a little easier, there is a guest pantry as well.

Gather around the dining room for chilly morning meals and movie nights on the Satellite TV in the living room when you have gotten too much sun. Although the sofas give you a great view of the pool and all the fun, so you might not be lounging there for long.

The jaw-dropping view of the Frio River Valley is not to be missed! Get your lounge chair situated, soak up the sun, and let the Texas skies take your cares away.

The cabana kitchen is perfectly situated next to the BBQ pit. Get your marinades going the night before in the outdoor refrigerator and test your grill skills against each other. You can also turn the game on the large flatscreen smart outdoor television. The Margaritaville Blender is a great way to mix up sno-cones for the kids and margaritas for the grown-ups. And, just in case, there is an outdoor half-bath, so no one has to trudge through the house for the bathroom.

With picnic tables and outdoor dining sets, we have enough seating to make sure that everyone gets a place at the table. 

The sports pool features a sun deck for soaking up the sun as well as a 5-foot deep end. Perfect for cannonballs and floaties! 

*During the fall & winter we do offer the option to keep your pool heated to 85 degrees at extra cost of $175 per day for the duration of your stay.

There is a gate around the pool for safety, but please don’t let your kids outside without adult supervision.

Break out the marshmallows and the chocolate! No trip to the Frio is complete without s’mores around the fire pit. Just make sure that you bring enough! You might also be visited in the evenings by jack rabbits, deer, or even hear the eerie call of a peacock.
